Trayzero Terms of Use

Effective date: 2026-05-29 Contact: support@trayzero.app

These terms govern your use of the Trayzero mobile app (package app.cleartray) and this website. By using either, you agree to them.

The app is provided as-is

Trayzero is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. You use it at your own risk.

Your data is your responsibility

Trayzero stores your data locally on your device and never sends it to us (see the Privacy Policy). Because there is no cloud backup, you are responsible for backing up your data using the in-app JSON export. We are not liable for any loss of data, including loss caused by uninstalling the app, device failure, or operating-system behavior.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app or website.

Acceptable use

Don't use Trayzero or this website to break the law, to infringe others' rights, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service beyond what applicable law allows.

Trademarks

"Getting Things Done" and "GTD" are trademarks of the David Allen Company. Trayzero is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the David Allen Company.

Changes

We may update these terms. The new version replaces this page at the same URL, and the Effective date above is updated. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
